The Forest Department, with active support from Nature and Wildlife Association (NWA), Jumbo Troops, and the SNAP Foundation, is working continuously to stabilize the animal’s condition and aid its recovery.

The team at Bagdogra Forest Range has been making consistent efforts—monitoring the elephant’s health, facilitating treatment protocols, and ensuring minimal disturbance to its natural surroundings.
