As part of its ongoing efforts to reduce Human-Elephant Conflict (HEC) in vulnerable regions, the Nature and Wildlife Association (NWA) organized a series of training programmes under the Panighata Range of Kurseong Forest Division, West Bengal, India. These sessions focused on NWA’s standard and best practices for HEC mitigation, aiming to enhance the skills and preparedness of field teams and local stakeholders.
