The organization works in close collaboration with Forest Department authorities, district administrations, academic researchers, conservation institutions, and national and international organizations to implement effective conservation programmes across North Bengal and the Eastern Himalayan foothills. NWA has partnered with organizations such as the Wildlife Trust of India (WTI) and works closely with the Forest Department, the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB), and local administrative authorities to strengthen wildlife conservation, human-wildlife conflict mitigation, capacity building, awareness generation, and biodiversity protection initiatives.
